Studying the book Light of the World by Amy-Jill Levine for the four Thursdays of Advent, beginning November 21 at 6 PM and continuing on Thursday evenings, December 5, December 12, and December 19.

Exercise in a chair, especially for those who can’t exercise standing. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 am to noon

Come to MCOB for lunch at 12 and stay for the program, “Walking the Journey”, the story of Janeen’s journey with her mother’s dementia and her own cognitive issues. Lunch is $7.
