Please join in the planning of our first “Service Sunday”! The next meeting will be Monday, October 4 at 6:30pm in the church library.  

Bring your blankets or lawn chairs and a mask for Campfire Church on October 3 at 7:00pm. We will be meeting outside in the courtyard around the campfire for an interactive and informal worship service. All are welcome.

Come on Christmas Eve to celebrate the birth of the Christ Child with carols and candles.

Pastor Andrew Sampson will be officially installed as the pastor of Modesto Church of the Brethren during worship on July 14. As part of the ceremony we will also observe communion.

Our new pastor, Andrew Sampson, will preach on Sunday, June 16. Title is “A Lesson Learned”. Please read Matthew 1:18-20, 24-25 and John 8:1-11. A

Come early on Easter Sunday for Brunch, Egg hunt for small children, and worship. RSVP for Brunch and egg hunt before April 14 if you are coming, so there will be enough food and eggs for all!

Come for Maundy Thursday worship, foot washing, love feast (light meal) and communion on April 18 at 6 pm.

The Pastor Candidate will be available during the Sunday School hour, 9:30-10:30, for conversation and will conduct the worship service at 11 AM.

On Sunday, March 3, enjoy the 27th Ecumenical Habitat Concert, at Trinity United Presbyterian Church, at 1600 Carver Road, Modesto, featuring anthems from several church choirs, with the culminating mass choir performing several additional anthems. A free-will offering will benefit the work of Habitat for Humanity.
