The Message of Colossians
During the month of October and the first Sunday of November the pastors will lead us in a study of the letter to the Colossians, a message about remaining faithful as Christians when confronted with the challenges of Empire.
October 5 – Love Feast We will consider the call in Colossians 1:1-14 to keep our imaginations free and open to seeing the way of Jesus as we share in love feast and communion. This is world-wide communion Sunday.
October 12 – Faith in the Face of Empire
October 19 – Battle for Truth
October 26 – Called to be an Alternative Community
November 2 - Liberated from Empire
